These terms govern use of firstclassaquatics.com. Individual projects are governed by the separate estimate, proposal, or service agreement accepted by the customer.

Estimates and project agreements

Website descriptions and inquiry responses are informational and do not constitute a binding quote. Scope, pricing, deposits, scheduling, warranties, cancellations, and payment terms will be stated in a written estimate, proposal, or service agreement. Work begins only after any required approvals and payments are received.

Aquatic systems and livestock

Aquariums and ponds are living systems affected by water quality, equipment, livestock compatibility, customer actions, power interruptions, property conditions, and other factors outside our control. Specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed unless expressly stated in a signed agreement. Customers must follow care instructions, provide safe access, maintain required utilities, and promptly report problems.

Scheduling and access

Appointments may be affected by weather, travel, equipment availability, emergencies, or site conditions. Customers are responsible for providing timely and safe access to the project area and disclosing relevant property restrictions or hazards.

Website content

Text, logos, graphics, and original photographs on this website belong to First Class Aquatics or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without written authorization. Inspiration images do not represent completed First Class Aquatics projects unless identified as customer work.

The website may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.

Disclaimer and limitation
