Our website hosting provider may also process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and access logs.
Website inquiry forms
We use FormSubmit to process website inquiries and forward them to info@firstclassaquatics.com. Your submitted contact information and project details are processed by that service. FormSubmit states that submissions may be retained for 30 days. Please do not include sensitive financial or identification information in your inquiry.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate and plan projects, prepare estimates, schedule and provide services, maintain customer relationships, improve the website, protect our operations, and comply with legal obligations.
How information is shared
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that support website hosting, communications, scheduling, payment processing, or project delivery; when required by law; or when necessary to protect rights, safety, and property.

Customer accounts and aquarium records
When you create an account, we use your email address to connect you with your aquarium records. We store customer contact details, appointment times, tank information, service notes, water readings, and photos we post for your service. These records are available to you and First Class Aquatics through your account.
Supabase provides email-and-password authentication. Account session cookies keep you signed in. We do not store your password in aquarium records. Contact info@firstclassaquatics.com to request corrections or deletion of your account information.
